Ride from 25 to 125 miles or 4 other distances in between!

What’s it all about?

First and foremost, it showcases rides of varying distances to people unfamiliar with the club, some of the beautiful routes available when you escape the confines of the city and explore the counties around us. Rides available are 25, 50, 63 (Gravel Metric Century), 75, 100 and 125.

Second, it’s a celebration. We have training programs and other activities and events that help our members develop as riders. As we enter the fall riding season – we celebrate their accomplishments over the spring and summer with stretch rides to begin the fall.

12 month FIRST TIME Trial Membership included FREE (a $30 value) – if you are new to club riding, give us a chance. Try it, you’ll like it!

Opportunities to join our monthly meetings on interesting topics, great food and drink, open to all – chances to win raffle prizes from club sponsors.

The purpose of Escape New York has always been to stage a uniquely generous ride and festival that is so infused with club spirit; so much fun, so well-run, user friendly, thoughtfully detailed and welcoming that it elevates the club and the members that stage it, and helps the New York Cycle Club build a diverse membership and cement ties among the disparate groups that make it happen….riders, volunteers, sponsors, donors, community leaders and advocates.
